What We Do

Cooksey Demolition Services provides residential and commercial demolition for varying types of projects and needs. A good rule of thumb is, if it has to be demolished by hand we can do it. If your demolition job requires heavy equipment, we are not suited for your job.

Residential Demolition
We have completed residential demolition that included over 7000 square feet of space; or we might be asked to remove just one bathroom or kitchen. We can remove the roof of a house to prepare for a second story, or we can remove a wall to enlarge a room. Or we can take the house down to the slab if needed. There is no limit to what we can accomplish on your residenal project!

Commercial Demolition
On the commercial side of Cooksey Demolition, we provide top notch interior demolition and strip-outs for local shopping malls, strip centers, and office buildings of all sizes and shapes. We can remove one wall or we can remove every thing inside the space down to the concrete floor. We also have experience with demolition of multiple floors in high rise buildings and other specialized interior demolition needs.

We are able to accomodate your company's busy schedule and work day or night depending on your business, and/or your building's requirements. In addition to our flexibility, we take special care in cleaning up after each day or night's work is completed.
